A memorial service is scheduled Friday for a Shafter native who died in the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival shooting. 55-year-old Victor Link will be remembered at Valley Baptist Church on Fruitvale Avenue in Bakersfield at 10:30 a.m.

He is one of five people with Kern County ties killed October 1st.
