Family and friends have gathered to remember a Kern County man who died in the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival shooting. A memorial service was held Friday at Valley Baptist Church on Fruitvale Avenue in Bakersfield for 55-year-old Victor Link. He graduated from Shafter High School and attended the country music event with his fiance.
