The Bakersfield man accused of killing his girlfriend’s two-year-old son is also facing elder abuse and weapons charges. Police say Kaleb Kessinger stole his grandfather’s wallet with $1200 before leaving the man at a store in February and a search of his home turned up the guns. Kessinger was arrested after a manhunt in April when Ramon Reyes-Chavez’ body was found in the Kern River Canyon.
