Bakersfield police have arrested 4 people suspected in illegal street racing. Sgt. Brian Holcombe says the Saturday night arrests are an extension of recent gatherings at the Winco parking lot on the south side. He says the arrests were made before 12:30am putting many people still out and about in danger, officers will continue to look for and arrest racers.
