A mistrial has been declared for the man accused of killing Pretty Lady Grapes founder Jakov Dulcich in a drive-by shooting in Delano.

The jury deadlocked 11-1 on a not guilty verdict for Mariano Perez. A new trial is set for November.

Sheriff’s deputies are still looking for other suspects in the shooting earlier this year near Browning Road.
