A man has been sentenced to 28 years in prison for beating up his ex-wife in Tehachapi, sending threatening messages to her, and putting a pipe bomb under her relative’s car. Prosecutors say Jeffrey Enslow couldn’t get over their break-up and used the dark web to send the anonymous threats for years, which were eventually traced to his cell phone.
