One man has been arrested for an attack on Beckes and Flower streets in Wasco, and deputies are searching for a second suspect. 34-year-old Daniel Torres is being held on assault with a deadly weapon charges, robbery and participating in a criminal street gang for the incident late Sunday night, where the victim was beaten as he walked a friend’s pit bull puppy. 30-year-old Jaziel Santos and the dog are still missing.
