A 31-year-old Wasco man has been arrested for attempted murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm, following an attack on a 17-year-old. Deputies say the victim was shot Saturday on 16th Street and they found a shell casing near D Street, and that suspect Jose Coronado tried to pedal away from them on a bicycle when the found him the next day. His backpack contained a loaded gun, ammo and a syringe.
