A 17-year-old is jailed for robbing four businesses with a gun in east Bakersfield last month.

Sheriff’s detectives say he hit a gas station, a convenience store and a smoke shop on River Boulevard, then robbed a liquor store at East California Avenue.

The child hasn’t been identified, but is said to be a former area high school student.
