Ninety-five volunteers from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office were the guests of honor at an appreciation dinner last night at Sheriff’s Headquarters. Members of the Citizen’s Service Unit, Search and Rescue, Reserve Deputy Unit and the Explorers donated more than 2,200 hours of time during the Benjamin Ashley Manhunt.
