Police have released a composite sketch of the man who’s been annoying teenage girls in northwest Bakersfield, most recently near Frontier High School. The suspect has tried to talk to girls on Noriega Avenue near Polo Community Park in most cases, coming up on a skateboard or in a silver, 1990s sedan, but BPD Sgt. Gary Carruesco says residents should NOT take matters into their own hands. See details below.
