The District Attorney’s Office has filed DUI and manslaughter charges against a 19-year-old woman suspected of a fatal hit and run in front of the Lowe’s in northeast Bakersfield.

Nancy Marquez was formally arrested Saturday for the crash that happened around 3a.m. on December 18th when her car jumped the curb and struck 58-year-old Robert Moreno as he was walking his son to work.
