A house fire in Delano caused $150 thousand damage.The fire also left the owner with second-degree burns on the soles of his feet. The home burned around 2:00 Wednesday afternoon on 18th Avenue and took Kern County firefighters twenty minutes put out. Three adults were displaced and the cause is under investigation.
