There’s a new wildfire burning in the mountains east of Bakersfield and it’s forcing evacuations.The Range Fire started around 10:00 Friday morning at Highway 223 and Deer Trail Drive and has grown to 6 hundred acres. The location is right next to where the Deer Fire charred almost 18 hundred acres in July. Bear Valley Springs homes west of El Camino Drive are ordered evacuated, the Red Cross has opened a shelter at Monroe School on Snyder Street in Tehachapi.
