A Bakersfield man faces DUI charges for a crash that left an 8-year-old boy with serious injuries. 31-year-old Chad Doty is accused of causing Saturday afternoon’s accident on Olive Drive at Victor Street when he slammed into the back of a car that had stopped. Four people in a Chevy Cruze were injured. Doty had pleaded no contest in two previous DUI arrests.
