The FBI is offering a $5 thousand reward to find the shooter who wounded two women and a 3-year-old child.The shooting on Donna Avenue in central Bakersfield happened August 16th and the bureau says this kind of crime is a direct threat to public safety and that’s why they’re getting involved. All three victims are recovering. Those with information can call Bakersfield Police at 327-7111.
