A teenager has been arrested in connection with an apartment fire that displaced three families in south Bakersfield. That fire at a fourplex on Sorrano and Ming avenues was reported around 5:30 Tuesday afternoon, but investigators are not saying what role the teen had in starting it.

Damage is estimated at $75-thousand.
