A Bakersfield man has been arrested for DUI after a crash killed two children in San Luis Obispo County. The CHP says 36-year-old Jerold Holman swerved into oncoming traffic on Highway 166 Monday afternoon causing a head-on collision. A 7-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl were ejected from his car and died. The family says the suspect is not related but is a friend of the mother.
