Shafter police are looking for whoever put funeral donation jars in several businesses in town. Police say the problem is they feature the picture of a Bakersfield woman who is alive and well. The jars were gone by the time officers investigated on Sunday and they don’t know how much money may have been collected in the apparent phony funeral donation scam.
