Delano police have arrested 32-year-old Carlos Cervantes for the shooting of two men on West 15th Avenue. Police say Cervantes was picked up around 12:30 Wednesday afternoon and that no other suspects are being sought for Sunday’s deaths of Jeffery Villegas and Jose Ceja.

Police described the motive as general jealousy.
