Bakersfield College has issued an alert about one or two men in a gold Toyota Camry.Police they have been approaching female joggers in a suspicious manner. School police sent a text alert to students Tuesday saying incidents have happened in the early morning hours on September 4th and again this past Monday. None of the activity has been illegal so far.
