Free, pocket-sized copies of the U.S. Constitution are being handed out in the office of Congressman Kevin McCarthy.Friday is Constitution Day and the booklets will available from 9:00 to 5:00 in his office on Empire Drive off Truxtun Avenue, just west of Highway 99. The pocket Constitution became an item when a speaker at the Democratic National Convention displayed one and told Donald Trump to read it. McCarthy is running for re-election.
