California City has said goodbye to a K-9 police officer that died from injuries suffered in the line of duty. Monday’s parade along Highway 14 ended at the Stratosphere Center where a memorial service was held for Ty the Police Dog.

Ty was hurt when a suspect fell on him in August, and he died September 7th after his condition worsened.
