Kern County court records are showing why a former Delano school counselor accused of sex with minors has been re-arrested. A Sheriff’s report says 29-year-old Bobby Scott Perigo was out on bail and found parked in an orchard in Earlimart September 3rd with one of his three alleged victims, a 17-year-old girl. Perigo’s bail is now set at $500 thousand.
