The federal Environmental Protection Agency has settled with a real estate company.The Anaheim-based company is accused failing to disclose that six homes they sold in Bakersfield and Ridgecrest had lead paint. Carrington Real Estate Services has agreed to pay $20 thousand in fines and to buy $60 thousand worth of blood lead analyzers for regional non-profits.
