The attorney who was kicked out of the Board of Supervisors meeting this week after announcing he was suing the county for failing to pay overtime is not finding any friends at the Kern Law Enforcement Association.

Union President David Kessler says Gregory Petersen was not speaking for their members when he went he took the mic on Tuesday. Kessler thinks the Orange County attorney may be fishing for fees from deputies and correction officers to represent them in a lawsuit they could not win.
