The personal finance web site Wallet Hub has released their list of the fastest growing cities in the nation.One San Joaquin Valley town has made it into the top 50. Bakersfield places at number 48 on the report which includes not just population increases but job and economic expansion. 515 cities are included in the survey with Frisco, Texas on top and Jacksonville, North Carolina at the bottom.
