A 22-year-old man accused of killing his brother and cousin in a fiery drunk driving crash in Bakersfield has taken a plea deal. Tony Bailey has pleaded no contest to manslaughter and DUI for the July accident on Alfred Harrell Highway that also hurt two other passengers. He faces nearly twelve years in prison when he’s sentenced November 18th.
