Former Sheriff’s deputy Edward Tucker has been sentenced to six months in prison for walking away from a court-ordered rehab facility. The judge at Tucker’s probation hearing Thursday also gave him a year in rehab once he gets out.

Tucker was on leave for a work injury when he was arrested twice in one week in 2015 on meth and weapons charges.
