Bakersfield Assemblywoman Shannon Grove has been given the highest award of NFIB. The National Federation of Independent Business/California presented her with the Guardian of Small Business Award Monday after she voted along with the interests of the NFIB every time during her six years in the state legislature. Grove is termed out and she leaves the legislature in January.
