A County Superior Court judge who’s been running for re-election has resigned saying he’s taking another job. Judge Cory Woodward is noted for being censured for sexual misconduct but the Californian reports he sent out an e-mail Monday confirming his resignation. He finished second in the primary to prosecutor Tiffany Organ-Bowles for the seat in Mojave.
