Battery and civil rights charges have been filed against a man accused of throwing liquid on a member of the Sikh faith.The charges says the suspect threatening him because of his religion. The District Attorney filed the case Friday against David Hook for an incident September 30th in a parking lot on California Avenue near Easton Drive in Bakersfield. The victim was wearing a turban.
