A marijuana dispensary on Union Avenue in central Bakersfield was raided by police.The cops received complaints the shop had been selling to people who don’t have doctor recommendation cards. Detectives made no arrests in Monday’s enforcement but are submitting the case of the Green Gate Collective to the District Attorney for review.  Police struggle to keep tabs on all 87 licensed pot shops in Bakersfield to make sure they’re operate legitimately.
