An Arvin man is heading to prison for fifteen years for receipt and distribution of child pornography. 27-year-old Brian Caputo was sentenced Monday in federal court in Fresno and prosecutors say he used at least one image to send to a minor in order to coerce the victim to produce more child pornography. Caputo pleaded guilty last May to receiving the material on his cell phone and by email.
