The coroner says a man who died after going the wrong way had heart problems.The man who went the wrong way on Buena Vista Road in southwest Bakersfield actually died of natural causes. 72-year-old Robert Antone had a medical emergency when he struck a police car late Friday before hitting a block wall near Ming Avenue. The cause of death has been determined to be heart disease. The officer was not injured.
