The National Weather Service has announced they are seeing a La Nina weather event.The arrival of La Nina means another dry winter in California. Thursday’s prediction follows one of the wettest Octobers on record but meteorologists expect La Nina won’t be in full effect until mid-December. Last year had a good start to the rainy season, then quickly dried out.
