Three more inmates have walked away from the Taft satellite camp minimum security prison.The latest brings the year’s total to seven escapees. Joel Garcia, Rigoberto Precaido and Noe Prieto left the fenceless facility sometime on Saturday. All three were serving sentences for cocaine charges and were considered low risk by the federal government.
