A grass fire caused by a remote control airplane has been confined to twelve acres.The fire was near Weldon in the Kelso Valley. The midday fire Wednesday climbed a hillside until it reached a fire break that had been made by a bulldozer in June during the Erskine Fire. Kern County Fire reports 48 firefighters responded with no injuries and no structures damaged.
