A Bakersfield College student who was caught on surveillance video setting a car on fire on Calcutta Drive has pleaded no contest to arson.

The family of 20-year-old Sara Daniel says she has mental health issues and does not even remember the incident or know the owner of the car. Daniel will be sentenced next month.
