The Tulare County District Attorney is not going to prosecute anyone involved in possible misuse of a police database.The purported wrongdoing by Kern High School District employees will not be pursued, says the D.A.. The outside investigation involved suspended Police Chief Joe Lopeteguy who informed the district of the misuse, but was later put on leave and accused of abusing the system himself. Lopeteguy is suing the district.
