Kern County Elections says there are still nearly 14 thousand ballots yet to be counted.That’s what’s left over from the November 8th election. That figure as of Tuesday morning leaves a few education board races still undecided. All local ballot measures are safely in the books except Delano’s Tax Measure U which holds a 37 vote margin of approval. Bakersfield Mayor-apparent Karen Goh says she won’t address the matter until the count is complete out of respect for the process.
