A man wanted in Tulare County is under arrest in Bakersfield.The arrest was made after crashing his car into a market at Decatur Street and Sequoia Drive in Oildale. Bakersfield police say Steven Law, Jr. noticed them following him around 11:30 Wednesday morning, so he sped off and eventually lost control and crashed. He was uninjured and was found hiding in a house near the crash.
