A man has been arrested after leading McFarland police on a chase in a stolen motorcycle. Officers tried to stop 27-year-old Luis Ramos Thursday night at 1st Street and West Kern Avenue but say he sped off instead before crashing the bike on Lockwood Avenue and 3rd Street. Ramos then ran away but was quickly caught.
