A 20-year-old Wasco woman has died in a head-on accident on Highway 46 in Lost Hills. The CHP says a pickup driven by 53-year-old David Hughes drifted into her lane near Main Drain Road around 1:30 Sunday morning. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
