The 20-year-old woman who died on State Route 46 near Main Drain Road in Lost Hills has been identified.The coroner identified the victim as Karina Lopez Ramirez of Wasco. The CHP says 53-year-old David Hughes of Atascadero drifted into the oncoming lane at 1:25 Sunday morning and struck her car. He was seriously injured. It’s unclear whether he was impaired, lost attention or was sleepy.
