A former Kern County Deputy has pleaded not guilty in his latest assault charge.This is yet another charge of assaulting a female a family member. 27-year-old Gideon Allday had bail set at $300 thousand Tuesday afternoon on four felony counts for an assault against his mother on Thanksgiving. Allday is also facing charges for an earlier assault against his wife. He’s due back in court December 8th for the mother assault and December 22nd for the wife assault charges.
