The girl run over on Auburn Street in east Bakersfield is identified as 14-year-old Anneliese Snow White. She was hit by a pickup truck at 8:00 Monday night and died at Kern Medical a couple hours later. Police say drugs, alcohol and speed did not appear to be factors and the driver is not facing any charges. Police say she was not in a crosswalk as she was hit near the Fastrip station near Oswell Street.
