Attempted murder charges have been dropped against two men accused of shooting three others outside a Chuck E. Cheese in southwest Bakersfield. Brent Pratt and Melton Smith have both pleaded no contest to participating in a street gang.

Co-defendants Derrick Fench and Jazdion Gabriel go on trial for the shootings this month.
