A man who told the CHP he was on drugs after a fatal crash has been convicted.The jury in Shafter found the suspect guilty of vehicular manslaughter. 22-year-old Armando Enriquez-Venegas was also found guilty of numerous other counts Thursday in the death of Felipe Dominguez last year when he pulled in front of a big rig. He faces four years in prison when sentenced next month.
