A Shafter man is in jail after deputies say he was found with stolen guns.Investigators also found three off-road vehicles and other property. 21-year-old Ignacio Hernandez was taken into custody Friday morning at his home on South Beech Avenue where the stolen goods were located. He faces a list of charges including grand theft auto and manufacturing drugs.
